Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of our website, our SMS program, and the cleaning services we provide across Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, and South Austin, TX.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, SMS program, and cleaning services provided by Plum Creek Interiors LLC ("Plum Creek Interiors," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, communicating with us via SMS, or booking a cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Plum Creek Interiors is a residential house cleaning service based in Kyle, TX 78640, serving Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, South Austin, and surrounding Hays County communities. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Recurring House Cleaning โ€” weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance cleaning of an already-clean home
  • Deep Cleaning ("Reset Clean") โ€” a more thorough one-time cleaning that addresses built-up grime, neglected areas, and tasks not included in a recurring clean (inside oven, inside fridge, baseboards, blinds, vents, grout, etc.)
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning โ€” a comprehensive cleaning of an empty or near-empty home or rental, built to landlord-inspection standard, with optional photo documentation

Specific tasks included in each service tier are described on our website service pages and confirmed in writing in your quote. Tasks not explicitly listed are not included; if you need something specific, ask before service.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website form, by SMS, by email, or by phone are based on the information you provide (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, condition, frequency). Final pricing may be adjusted on arrival if actual home conditions materially differ from what was described โ€” for example, significantly larger home, hoarding-level clutter, biohazard conditions, or service requests not included in the original quote. We will communicate any pricing adjustments to you before proceeding.

Pricing on our website shows starting prices for standard 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom homes. Your exact quote depends on the specifics of your home.

3. SMS Program โ€” A2P 10DLC Disclosures

Plum Creek Interiors uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers and prospective customers about quotes, appointments, scheduling, follow-ups, and service reminders.

By providing your mobile phone number on our quote form, by texting us, or by responding to one of our text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Plum Creek Interiors at the number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are subject to your wireless carrier's terms and rates. Plum Creek Interiors is not responsible for any carrier fees you may incur.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send you further marketing or service SMS messages. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at (737) 520-7850 or [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3.1 Types Of SMS Messages You May Receive

  • Quote responses with pricing and scheduling availability
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Arrival and completion notifications on the day of service
  • Follow-ups after service to ensure satisfaction
  • Recurring schedule reminders
  • Review requests after completed jobs

3.2 Opt-In & Opt-Out

You opt into our SMS program by providing your mobile number through our website form, by texting us directly, or by replying affirmatively to a message. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at (737) 520-7850 or [email protected] with any questions.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Once you confirm a scheduled cleaning, we hold that time slot for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price. Same-day no-shows (when our team arrives and is unable to access the home) may be charged the full service price.

Recurring customers may pause their schedule at any time with at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Access To Your Home

You agree to provide our cleaning team with reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include providing a lockbox code, garage code, smart-lock access, or being present to open the door. If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the home, we may charge a cancellation fee as described in Section 4.

You are responsible for securing or removing any items of high sentimental, monetary, or fragile value before our team arrives. We are not responsible for moving, cleaning, or being held accountable for damage to items of unusual or undisclosed value.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed through Stripe), Zelle, and other peer-to-peer payment methods as agreed. Payment information may be securely stored with our payment processor for recurring customers to enable automatic billing on each scheduled visit.

Past-due accounts may be subject to suspension of service. Recurring customers who fall significantly behind on payments may be removed from the recurring schedule.

7. Pets & Children

We're a pet-friendly cleaning team. Please let us know in advance about any pets in the home, their temperament, and any access restrictions. Pets that are aggressive, anxious, or otherwise pose a risk to our team should be secured in a separate room or away from the home during service.

If small children will be present during cleaning, please supervise them โ€” wet floors, cleaning products, and equipment can pose hazards.

8. Property Conditions & Realistic Expectations

Cleaning is restorative, not magical. Our team will do exceptional work, but homes have realistic limits based on age, condition, prior maintenance, and use. We want to set clear expectations:

  • Set-in stains may not fully come out. Carpet stains from prior tenants, permanent marker on walls, hard-water buildup that has gone untreated for years, and similar conditions may improve significantly but may not be fully removed.
  • Permanent damage stays permanent. Scratched hardwood, broken tile, holes in walls, mold damage in caulking, and similar structural or finish damage cannot be cleaned away โ€” they require repair.
  • We do not move heavy furniture. We clean around and under accessible spaces, but we do not move couches, beds, large appliances, or other heavy items. If you want us to clean a specific area normally blocked by furniture, please move the item before we arrive.
  • We do not clean biohazards. This includes pet accidents involving body fluids, human bodily fluids, blood, mold remediation, sewage, hoarding-level filth, or similar conditions. If we encounter biohazards during a job, we may pause, contact you, and either skip that area or end the visit. Biohazard cleanup requires specialized services we do not provide.
  • We do not clean exterior surfaces. Windows from the outside, exterior siding, gutters, driveways, decks, and outdoor furniture are outside our scope. For exterior cleaning, see our sister company Plum Creek Exteriors.

If you have concerns about specific conditions in your home before booking, please mention them in the quote form or call us. We'll set honest expectations before we arrive โ€” not after.

9. Use Of Your Cleaning Products

By default, Plum Creek Interiors brings our own eco-friendly cleaning products, microfiber cloths, vacuum, and mop. If you prefer we use specific products (allergies, sensitivities, specialty finishes, etc.), please let us know in advance. We are not responsible for damage caused by products you provide if the product is inappropriate for the surface being cleaned.

10. Liability & Insurance

Plum Creek Interiors carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event our team damages your property during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can document the issue and work with you on a fair resolution. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items of unusual or undisclosed value that were not specifically pointed out to us
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (loose tiles, weak shelving brackets, etc.)
  • Damage caused by client-supplied products inappropriate for the surface
  • Lost or misplaced items the client cannot demonstrate were in their home before the visit

Our total liability for any claim related to a cleaning is limited to the amount paid for that specific visit.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If any area of your home does not meet our cleaning standard, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will return at no additional charge to re-clean the area. Our satisfaction guarantee does not include:

  • Permanent damage that pre-existed our visit
  • Areas where home conditions prevented adequate cleaning (e.g. surfaces we couldn't access)
  • Requests received more than 24 hours after the cleaning was completed
  • Refunds โ€” the guarantee is a re-clean, not a refund

12. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through our forms
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of our site or our systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to harvest data from the site
  • Use the site to harass or defame any individual

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plum Creek Interiors website โ€” including text, graphics, logos, photos, and branding โ€” is the property of Plum Creek Interiors LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish our content without our written permission.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plum Creek Interiors LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Disclaimer Of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties โ€” express, implied, or statutory โ€” including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

18. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
